I went to see Inspire Self Healing for help in overcoming lack of self confidence and self belief, which was having a direct impact on my ability to suceed in my chosen career. I felt blocked, depressed and trapped in an endless cycle. Working with the therapist had pretty immediate results, to my surprise. The techniques they use are designed to work quickly, and with depth. Within 3 sessions I had developed the confidence, drive and focus to complete a book I had been stalled on for several years. It's also great to be able to contact and work with my therapist via Skype at short notice. Recommend.
