I have just come home from a test at Dermott eyecare and wanted to say a huge thank you for the stress-free care and service you provided during this uncertain COVID-19 time. Understandbly I was reluctant to enter into a highstreet shop at this time but I was in need of a new prescription and Mr Akram was so reassuring over the phone that I decided to go in. The PPE, the hand sanitizer, the attention to hygiene was all top notch. As always the eye test is very thorough and I know the general health of my eyes is just as important to the optician as is determining my prescription. We are truly fortunate to have such a rare gem in our community. Great value lenses from a brand I trust which I know from experience is almost double at other opticians.
