Dreadful.
They show you a place, take your money and never give it back AND they don't let you move in.
DO NOT make the mistake of using them. I have reported them to the council and a small claims court case is in the works.

I used services of this company, they showed me a property in leyton, they made me transfer 1300 pound from me.then they continuously refusing to give my money back, after more than a months efforts , i got only 300. still i am waiting my 1000.i think ,i'll take them to court, that seems to be only solution.Never use them.
