I've visited today for the first time this shop to return a Hermes package, I can't explain how upset I got because of the worker there. Very rude and unprofessional individual, with no customer skills at all. His only interested was to get rid of me as quickly as possible, which eventually I did leave so I wouldn't have to deal with him. I went to the next shop in the area, and even was my first time dropping a package off, everything went very nice and smooth. So is not difficult at all to be a bit welcoming and helpful. Very rude nasty guy working there.
