They have absolutely no idea what they are doing or about the building regulations when it comes to windows. Took money for a service they never delivered and could not care less about how that affects the clients. Unfortunately only found out afterwards that we are not alone. Their MO appears to be taking deposits for work they have no intention of doing and then change company names and directors to avoid prosecution.. In my eyes this is no different than stealing and I cannot understand how they are allowed to get away with this. Warn everyone you know.
