I have been 20 minutes trying this new service without success. I have been trying to sort out a problem with a vehicle in Avril Way which has not moved in 13 months. Vehicle Red Fiat Stilo Reg AG52ECE , it appears to be abandoned. Having reported this Emanual Banrton advises me that this vehicle has no MOT but is road taxed until 2017. My understanding is that in order to get a road tax one has to have a MOT. The vehicle gives every appearance of being abandoned, and I am wondering if it has been inspected. All my neighbours are of the same opinion as me.
